Customer support in the field of IT
Analysis of requests received from customers
Technical consulting
Proposing individual solutions, tailored to the customer
Referring problems to the second line of technical support, if there is a legitimate need
Creating documentation
Accurately performing assigned duties related to the job position
Required skills:
French language (C1)
English language (B2)
Welcome work experience, related to customer service
Availability to work full time
Willingness to develop in the IT industry
interest in the IT industry
education in the field, will be an additional advantage for the candidate
