Daily responsibilities:
Leading, mentoring, and developing the team.
Strengthening the sales team's performance through direct management of Digital Inside Sales representatives and setting KPIs.
Conducting regular team and individual sales meetings to ensure ongoing communication and collaboration.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, creating personalized performance plans.
Providing insights (on market trends and customer feedback) to sales leaders to shape sales strategies.
Conducting weekly data analysis and reporting.
Implementing a structured sales execution process.
Required skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
Fluent in both German and English at C1 level.
Experience in periodic reporting.
Experience in team management or willingness to develop in this direction.
Sales experience in the technology market is desirable.
Desirable:
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
