Zadania na stanowisku:
Be available for customers by phone/mail/chat
Order management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customers
Open order management: link with internal departments as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements
Proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment
Receive and process complaints
Support activities and campaigns
Provide customers with information regarding products, services, prices and delivery times
Handle reservations and contracts
Responsibility for invoicing activities
Order & shipment tracking
Wymagania:
Very good English and Spanish (min. B2)
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Experience on similar position will be huge advantage
Must be customer-focused
Possesses organization and time management skills
Practices attentive and active listening
