Online recruitment process
Main tasks:
Input new orders into the system
Work with corporate, national and local sales staff to verify accuracy of new orders and order revisions
Partner with various internal departments to respond to and resolve inquiries
Order Management activities (processing invoices, payments, orders)
Daily contact with foreign clients in French language (via phone, email)
Requirements:
Advanced French and intermediate English
Ability to work full time
Positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Interpersonal and team building skills
Previous work experience in similar area
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
