Daily responsibilities:
Own the Product reporting process across EMEA.
Partner with the Product managers to drive growth, support sales and provide insight, reporting and variance analysis.
Review monthly financial results and leading indicators with business owners.
Assist in the analysis of month end results and provide insightful commentary to agreed timelines.
Collaborate with the key stakeholders to drive forecast and budget process ensuring high quality plans are provided within EMEA corporate timelines.
Work in conjunction with the wider FP&A team, accounting team and the business to ensure any risks/ opportunities are understood and addressed.
Create clear and accurate reporting and presentation material to communicate to leadership team.
Support with requests from corporate and leadership team.
Required skills:
Strong commercial background, financial and analytical skills, and experience in working across the business and driving key messaging from KPI's and insightful data.
Degree within Finance , Accountancy .
Strong communication skills, including ability to articulate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner and to challenge stakeholders.
High attention to detail & analytical mind set with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information.
Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics. Analyze data, communicate results, and highlight key issues/focus areas for management and make recommendations.
The ability to work independently or as part of a team and proactively suggest solutions and improvements to existing ways of working
Ability to use advanced Excel functions.
Very good knowledge of English
