Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures. Location: Poland, Gdańsk or Kraków Online recruitment process Daily responsibilities:
Main contact with business customers and other company employees
Cooperation with technical service providers
Resolving technical problems
Conducting ticket updates for issues, reported and entered into the system
Installing, updating, supporting and troubleshooting XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, other authorized desktop application;
Updating IT systems and other specialized programs
Performing network maintenance
Performing technical repairs of desktop equipment
Perform and manage routine maintenance tasks for services
Required skills:
English language: minimum required level is B2
English language skills required (internal communication)
A minimum of one year experience, in an internal position, as an IT specialist.
familiarity with Citrix XennApp system (prerequisite)
availability to work full time
ability to solve technical problems
interest in the IT industry and technical issues
openness to new challenges and willingness to continuously develop professional competence
education in the field, will be an additional plus for the candidate
