HFM Key User Specialist - remote job

Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Location: Poland, remote work

Online recruitment process

Daily responsibilities:

  • Preparation and delivery of financial reports

  • Analysis and entering data into the system

  • Maintaining control over the transfer of data between systems

  • Reporting to the manager and the team located in the UK

  • Performing activities related to month/year closing

  • Mapping

  • Granting access to the HFM system and resetting passwords

  • Request processing

  • User support related to the use of the HFM system

  • Cooperation with Team located in the UK

Required skills:

  • Higher education in finance or accounting area

  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics

  • Experience in finance or accounting area (at least 2-3 years)

  • Advanced English

  • High analytical thinking skills

  • MS Excel working proficiency

  • Previous working experience in HFM - nice to have
