Functional Business Analyst

Currently, for our client who provides IT consulting, business consulting, systems implementation, and application outsourcing services to large enterprises and software vendors we are looking for Functional Business Analyst.

Main responsibilities:

· Supporting knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

· Working as a liaison between business SMEs, leadership, and IT.

· Identifying, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements.

· Identifying system enhancements and business needs and is capable to doing impact analysis on current system processing.

· Reviewing operational procedures and methods and recommending changes for improvements with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.

· Being a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.

· Creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts and implementing the deployment plan

Skills:

· 12 + years of experience Strong Functional Senior BA who understands the FX as a product and knows the accounting for this type of product.

· Strong FX business knowledge and familiarity with FX products and derivatives, processes, workflows, and Trade Lifecycle

· Excellent knowledge of S/W development lifecycle  Experience in Data Analysis and working knowledge of SQL

· Communication skills and proven expertise in leading and facilitating workshops and meetings.

· Bachelors/Master’s degree in MIS/Computer Science/Business Administration/Finance.

· Work independently.

· Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).

· Good knowledge of technology concepts, patterns, and best practices.

· High level of initiative.

· Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks.
