Daily responsibilities:
Collecting due receivables according to procedures,
Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships,
Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams),
Assist with basic credit assessment
Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers),
Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
Required skills:
1-2 years of relevant experience in the field
Ability and Seniority to work and interact with key critical clients customer
Advanced communication skills in German and English are a must
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Excel
Strong verbal and oral Communication Customer facing skills
Positive approach in supporting Customer company needs
Goal orientated individual with Strong time and task management
Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and Strong Analytical skills
Preferred education Degree in Economics Finance or ongoing studies in a related field
